This place has been amazing since it was called Malena’s! We have to drive two hours every once in a while just to come down on Chile Rellenos day! The Raspberry Chicken Burritos are so delicious!

Nice open atmosphere, good food. Clean bathrooms. Finally a Mexican restaurant in Utah with some hot sauce with a bite.

This place has great food and fast service! They don’t hold back on meat portions which is so nice for a change! A full salad was a ton of meat, and really good! The kids meal burrito was also big, and could’ve passed as the adult size burritos at many other restaurants. The birria tacos were my favorite! Lots of meat, and great flavor! Definitely stop in here if you have the chance!

Absolutely love this place! The barbacoa enchiladas are to DIE for! They are large, full of meat and have plenty of delicious sauce and toppings. Their food is fresh from the meats to the fresh vegetable toppings, like the Pico. Just YUM! I've had their breakfast burritos, as well, and the fresh tortillas are packed full with potatoes, eggs, cheese, and the meats you want. This place is definitely a place we'll keep returning to.

This cafe was definitely a hidden gem! Went to Manti to celebrate an anniversary and was craving Mexican fare.... Came upon this restaurant and was not disappointed. Both my partner and I wanted the loaded salads with meat, veggies, beans , rice, cheese, and boy o boy did they load our containers up with the most savory meats that were cooked for hours to get them as tender and juicy as they were. Our hostess did not stop with one or two scoops of meat but three incredible servings of meat upon our choices of sides. The dishes were only 14 each!!!! Cafe Rio times 2!!!! When your passing through Ehphraim, a must stop!!!!!

Went for a taco walk (a little stroll while we were craving tacos) and thought “yes way, Jose!” Their menu has decent variety and the food was AH-mazing. Super friendly staff who are attentive to our food allergies. We had the 2 tacos with rice and beans and an order of plain French fries. My partner had grilled chicken tacos and I had one honey chicken and one sweet pork taco. The ingredients are so fresh. We ate outside in the sunshine so we could people-watch. We will be back! The food was delicious! I had the nachos with carne asada and my husband had the burrito with sweet pork. Both had a good serving of meat.

Lines move fast even with the large crowds with the temple open house down the road. This has been a favorite place since I started at Snow College a few years ago. Big portions of yummy food that is a step closer to authentic from Costa Vida/Cafe Rio
